Instagram questions
Can I download reels from private accounts?
No. Tapesnag only opens public posts, the ones anyone can see without signing in.
Can I download Instagram stories?
Stories only show to signed-in accounts, so the website can't open them. The Tapesnag app for Android can: you sign in to Instagram inside the app, and the sign-in stays on your phone.
What about posts with several videos?
A post with more than one video shows a list. Pick the one you want and download it.
Can I save just the audio of a reel?
Yes. Load the link, open the Audio tab, and pick MP3 or M4A.
Does the account owner see that I downloaded their reel?
